Raspberry Shrub Apple Cider Vinegar

My raspberry shrub is the only vinegar I make where some sugar is added and that I heat. I’m not claiming this is the healthiest Vinegar I make but if you have a sweet tooth and still want to enjoy the health benefits of ACV this maybe the one for you.

Works wonders with sparkling water.  But also makes a fantastic cocktail mixer. Try a spoon of my raspberry shrub  in a glass of  Prossecco with soda and enjoy!
